BARKING NEWS: These paws were made for walking, and that’s just what they’ll do this Sunday as Australians and their four-legged friends pound the pavement in support of the RSPCA’s Million Paws Walk.

Million Paws Walk is the RSPCA’s largest annual fundraising op-paw-tunity to help continue their important work in the community.

Tens of thousands of Australians and their dogs are expected to turn out for the event.

All proceeds from the event go towards keeping the doors of our RSPCA animal shelters open and our inspectors on the road, while also providing community education on animal care and welfare issues.

Over 85 locations across Australia will play host to the pawsome event, and with all states and territories getting involved, there’s bound to be an event near you.

Now in its twenty-third year, Million Paws Walk is made possible by the ongoing support of Hill’s Pet Nutrition. Hill’s is not only the event’s major sponsor, but has supplied and delivered 1 million kilos of pet food to RSPCA shelters nationally over the past 3 years alone.

You can register and find your local walk at: www.MillionPawsWalk.com.au
